Our beef is processed monthly and we will contact you via the information you have provided at check out when your share is ready for pickup.

A 1/4 beef share is great for a medium sized family of 4 to enjoy. This share is 90lbs and here is an example of what your share can include:

  • -3 roasts (bottom, chuck, or eye)
  • -4 chipsteak
  • -4 beef cubes/stew meat
  • -2 filet mignon
  • -1 flat brisket
  • -1 flat iron steak
  • -1 bavette steak
  • -1 ranch steak
  • -4 rib steaks
  • -1 boneless sirloin steaks
  • -2 t-bone steaks & 2 porterhouse steaks OR 4 NY strip & an additional 2 filet mignon
  • -1 top sirloin steaks or sirloin tip steak
  • -2 package short ribs
Pay $566.50 now and $566.50 when you pick up your share. A 3% cash discount is available for large meat shares. To reserve your share with cash, please come into the farm store during regular business hours or mail us a check. You may receive a 3% discount if you pay cash for the remaining 50% of the share at pickup. Shares are available for farm pickup only.

Pick up orders placed online during our regular business hours on Thursdays 11:00-5:00, Fridays 11:00-5:00, Saturdays 9:00-4:00, and Sundays 10:00-4:00. Our shop is located on our farm: 450 Bridgeton Pike, Monroeville, NJ 08343
