Our pork is processed on a bi-monthly basis and we will contact you via the information you have provided at check out when your share is ready for pickup.
A half pork share is great for a small-medium size family. This share is about 60lbs of pork and includes:
- -3 1lb packs of ground pork
- -3 1lb packs of country rope link sausage
- -3 1lb packs of hot italian rope link sausage
- -3 1lb packs of sweet italian sausage
- -3 1lb packs of premium ground maple sausage
- -1 rack baby back ribs
- -1 rack of spare ribs
- -1 boston butt roast
- -1 pork loin roast
- -1 boneless shoulder roast
- -5 packs of boneless pork chops (2 per pack)
- -2 osso bucco
- -1 smoked pork hock
- -6 1lb packs of smoked bacon
- -1 pack of smoked bacon ends
- -2 packs of guanciale bacon (jowl bacon)
- -1 smoked ham
- -2 smoked ham steaks
- -1 tenderloin
Pay $216.30 now and $216.30 when you pick up your share. Cash discounts are available for large meat shares. You may receive your discount if you pay cash for the remaining 50% of the share at pickup. Shares are available for farm pickup only.
If you would like to pick up throughout the week, please allow 24 hours for your order to be fulfilled. You can call or text 856-712-0849. You can also pickup your order during our regular business hours on Thursdays 11:00-5:00, Fridays 11:00-5:00, Saturdays 9:00-4:00, and Sundays 10:00-4:00. Our shop is located on our farm: 450 Bridgeton Pike, Monroeville, NJ 08343
