Our beef is processed monthly and we will contact you via the information you have provided at check out when your share is ready for pickup.
A whole beef share is great for a large family or if you plan to share with others. This share is 360lbs+ of beef and here is what your beef share may include:

- Bottom Round Roast
- Chip Steak
- Chuck Roast
- Beef Cubes/stew meat
- Eye Round Roast
- Filet Mignon
- Brisket
- Flat Iron Steak
- Skirt Steak
- Hanger Steak
- Rib Steak
- T-Bone Steaks & Porterhouse Steaks OR Filet Mignon & NY Strip Steaks
- Top Sirloin Steak or Sirloin Tip Steak
- Short Ribs
- Soup Bones and organ meat available upon request at will come at additional cost for packaging.
Pay $2,266.00 now and $2,266.00 when you pick up your share. A 3% cash discount is available for large meat shares. To reserve your share with cash, please come into the farm store during regular business hours or mail us a check. You may receive a 3% discount if you pay cash for the remaining 50% of the share at pickup. Shares are available for farm pickup only.
Pick up orders placed online during our regular business hours on Thursdays 11:00-5:00, Fridays 11:00-5:00, Saturdays 9:00-4:00, and Sundays 10:00-4:00. Our shop is located on our farm: 450 Bridgeton Pike, Monroeville, NJ 08343
